Real-World Readiness for Senior Students

 At Young Finance, we believe education should do more than prepare students for exams — it should prepare them for life. Our Senior Years Program, designed for students in Years 9 to 12, supports their transition into adulthood by building the financial and career skills they’ll need in a rapidly changing world. 

 According to ASIC, 72% of young Australians aged 15–17 say they don’t feel confident managing their money — yet many of them will soon be making real financial decisions about work, study, and independence. A recent SEEK survey also found that 65% of young people feel unprepared to apply for their first job, often lacking the skills to write a resume or succeed in interviews.
